The more than 225 area thespians that make up The Village Players
(the oldest amature theatre club in the United States) are dedicated
to providing quality entertainment and community service to the greater
Birmingham area. In its nearly 75 years of existence, The Village Players
has mounted some 400 productions and over 1200 performances for the local
